A while ago we imported from the USA these two sensational restored Airstreams. One is a 1948 Wee Wind and is in fact the exact van our Elephant Rock food van was inspired by. The other is a restored 1956 Bubble. They are both empty shells ready for fitout. We are seeking EOIs from anyone interested in taking them to the next stage. Winter Break

Building Vans
After a short winter break the Elephant Rockers will be back on deck with plans to start building another van. There has been a lot of interest from the mobile food industry and we can see potential in other areas for this uniquely elegant and highly functional design. Contact us for more information.

Steam Rally 2018 Echuca Moama
On the Queens Birthday weekend 2018 this fabulous family friendly Rotary fundraiser is celebrating it’s 55th year and we will be there to help!
After a short R&R break Elephant Rock will be back and heading to Echuca with our delicious new Calamari and Seafood menu.
The Steam Rally is great fun for all ages and has a host of displays, activities including the famous miniature rail, market stalls and food vendors from calamari to scones with jam and cream!

Back to Berwick this weekend for two fabulous events …
Elephant Rock will be at the Berwick Food Truck Carnival at its new location in Buchanan Park this weekend Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd March. 
A rotation of more than 25 of Melbourne’s best food trucks with fireworks on the Friday night at 9:30pm, carnival rides, a fully licensed bar and live music & DJ’s! This is one carnival not to be missed. Find out more.
On Sunday 4th March we are back at the gorgeous and historic Old Cheese Factory for Berwick’s own Food Truck Rally.
A beautiful location, a talented DJ, great music, market stalls, activities for all ages and a sensational range of food trucks and food sellers … this is a great way to finish a fabulous foodie weekend! A really enjoyable family day and the dogs can come too (on leads please). And as well as being a great day out this fabulous fun day Sunday event is also a fund raiser for cancer organised by Making Strides.
We are proud to be a regular participant in this event. And this time it is even more exciting with the scouts from MKR turning up looking for new talent!! Wow!
Two food truck events, both great and both very different! So why not check them both out while you’re in the area! Good food, fun things to do and nice weather all weekend (which definitely helps!)

Unfortunately for all Cinema Pop Up Ararat was cancelled due to the wild, weird and wet weather! The guys are off to Hamilton next and we are are heading to the Food Truck Carnival Benalla – Friday 8th to Sunday 10th December. Looks like the weather might be kind to us so fingers crossed 🤞 for a fabulous weekend with good things to eat and drink, live entertainment and plenty of fun for all!!

Traralgon Food Truck Carnival – it’s a wrap!
We had an amazing time at Traralgon and despite some chilly weather to begin with and so did the people who came along. Saturday Race Day was a real event! The race goers dressed to the nines, graced the marquees and oviously enjoyed everything on offer – races by day and great food and music into the night. Sunday was sunny and pleasant and families flocked in to sample the food truck offerings, enjoy the carnival and the music and catch up with friends.
Our Elephant Rock Calamari van will be at the Albury Food Truck Carnival from Boxing Day to New Years Eve. Great location, great event, heaps of great food trucks – come along!
