A while ago we imported from the USA these two sensational restored Airstreams. One is a 1948 Wee Wind and is in fact the exact van our Elephant Rock food van was inspired by. The other is a restored 1956 Bubble. They are both empty shells ready for fitout. We are seeking EOIs from anyone interested in taking them to the next stage. Building Vans
After a short winter break the Elephant Rockers will be back on deck with plans to start building another van. There has been a lot of interest from the mobile food industry and we can see potential in other areas for this uniquely elegant and highly functional design. Contact us for more information.

On the Queens Birthday weekend 2018 this fabulous family friendly Rotary fundraiser is celebrating it’s 55th year and we will be there to help!
After a short R&R break Elephant Rock will be back and heading to Echuca with our delicious new Calamari and Seafood menu.
The Steam Rally is great fun for all ages and has a host of displays, activities including the famous miniature rail, market stalls and food vendors from calamari to scones with jam and cream!

Bringing our delicious Australian and regional CALAMARI & SEAFOOD back to Berwick this Friday May 16th. The BERWICK NIGHT MARKET AND FOOD TRUCKS is a regular monthly fund raiser for Breast Cancer. Run by Making Strides and held at the Brentwood Neighbour Centre it’s a lovely community event with a great feel good vibe and a heap of really good foodies! Even if the weather is dodgy it’s worth braving it and popping in between 6pm and 9pm. The market is inside and the Food Trucks are a fabulous takeaway option! Find Elephant Rock’s hand-built vintage Airstream replica van and grab a hot and delicious seafood dinner. See you there!
